People think that brushing once or twice a day is enough for keeping your teeth healthy. However, the bad news is that it is only an illusion. In order to eat a well-balanced diet, you have to make sure that your intake consists of fruits, vegetables, protein foods, dairy products and whole gains etc. This way, you would remain overall healthy and it would help you in keeping your teeth healthy as well.   • Apart from that, you can get your vitamin C from citrus fruits, tomatoes, peppers and spinach. It would ensure the good health of gums which means that the base of your teeth is strong and it would help in keeping your teeth strong as well.

Even if you feel like snacking, keep in mind that you are not supposed to eat a lot of sugary foods because they would introduce a lot of acid attacks on your teeth which would eventually make the teeth weak.
